BRANDON ADAMS – LEAD TRAINER AND SKILL DEVELOPER
As a high school all-American, Brandon Adams, was recruited all over the country and accepted a scholarship from the University of Miami. It was during this time he watched hours and hours of film of the greatest players playing and catalogued their signature movements and their style of play. At that time, he noticed there were four Root Fundamentals that all of the players drew from: Footwork, Core Agility, Shoulder Jukes and Ball Handling. This became the basis for integrating coordinated movements with the basketball. There were three ways to improve – intellectually, physically and emotionally. Brandon has trained 15 WNBA players and 3 NBA players, developed high school all-Americans and more. Brandon is the creator of the Fusion Belt system which takes players through levels of curriculum that they must master to build from the fundamentals to the most dynamic play.

The ITrainedUniversity training camp was a very great and unique experience. First, I wanna say there are not many training camps or programs for women college basketball players, compared to men. ITrainedUniversity gave women college athletes from around the country the opportunity to learn and improve their mental approach to the game. Talking to the different campers throughout the camp, the players expressed how the ITrainedU program was different from anything they have ever learned before.
